• The story text you enter to generate a trailer
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details)
• Email address if provided during checkout
• Basic usage data (page views, errors) to improve the service

How We Use It

• To generate your AI movie trailer script and voiceover
• To process your payment and deliver your MP3
• To improve the quality of our AI models and service
• To send transactional emails (receipts, download links)

Third-Party Services

Cinemart uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic — AI script generation (anthropic.com/privacy)
• ElevenLabs — AI voice generation (elevenlabs.io/privacy)
• Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Upstash — Temporary audio storage (upstash.com/trust/privacy)

Data Retention

• Generated audio files are automatically deleted after 1 hour
• Story text is not stored permanently on our servers
• Payment records are retained by Stripe per their policies

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us at hello@cinemart.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
