Cinemart ("we", "us", "the service") provides an AI-powered movie trailer voiceover generator available at cinemart.ai. Users submit a story or scenario, and our service generates a cinematic script and professional voiceover using artificial intelligence.

Acceptable Use

By using Cinemart, you agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
  • Impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Use the service to generate content that promotes violence or hate
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Resell generated content as your own AI voice product

Payments & Refunds

  • The current price is $4.99 per full trailer download
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Due to the digital and immediate nature of the product, all sales are final
  • Refunds are granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure preventing delivery
  • Contact hello@cinemart.ai for any billing issues

Intellectual Property

Upon purchasing a download, you own the generated audio file and may use it for personal and commercial purposes, including:

  • Social media content
  • Personal projects and presentations
  • Commercial marketing materials

You may not resell the raw audio as a voice generation service or claim to have created the AI voice technology.

Generated scripts and voiceovers do not represent the views of Cinemart. We make no warranties about the accuracy, tone, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinemart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
